Just a working class lad from Stockport, Greater Manchester working towards financial freedom through the vehicle of property investing and property services. Whilst property has always been on the radar and a keen interest of mine, raising the initial capital with an average UK income and a love for travel presented a significant stumbling block. It was only in 2019 that the wheels set into motion when I made the decision to move to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a teacher for 11 years in the UK, making the move trebled my yearly salary and with some serious frugality, I was able to make my first investment property purchase that same year.

The first project was a run down two-bed terrace that we (me and my SJB team) turned into a beautiful, modern home. After the refinance I was able to pull out all of the initial investment plus another 10k profit, it was here that I truly realised the power of property investment.

Fast forward a whirlwind 4 years and we are now 7 very successful projects deep; I am a portfolio landlord; we manage property portfolio’s for respective clients; and we have numerous projects in the pipeline as part of private investor finance.
