Gradwell Street

Our biggest project to date involved the transformation of a two-bed terrace house into a 4 bed House of Multiple Occupancy. The refurbishment project was a long and grueling process with many obstacles including a full cellar conversion into a self-contained studio apartment. Nonetheless, our finished article has become the crown jewel in our own portfolio. The design and specification was one of our biggest expenses, however we achieved full occupancy two days after the rooms were advertised. We now enjoy a net yield of 9% and an ROI of 32%.
